This is a container element for a trigger that can be specified for an announcement. This <trigger> will describe when the announcement is supposed to be played. <trigger> is the alternative for <periodic> that is used to describe with what kind of an interval an announcement is suppose to be played periodically. As such <trigger> will specify that the announcement is supposed to be played only once.(introduced with version 2.5)
