• ocpRef: allows to specify an ocp which when reached triggers the announcement.
• offset: allows to specify an offset to the ocp which needs to be reached to trigger the announcement.

• ocpRef: xs:IDREF, required
• offset: xs:decimal, 6 fraction digits, length value measured in meter
