This Element has been deprecated with railML® 2.1 but reintroduced with railML® 2.4. Its purpose is to visualize <ocp> elements. In railML® 2.5 it has been replaced with <objectVis>.
The reason for the second deprecation in railML® 2.5 was that <objectVis> allows specifying coordinates for not just <ocp>, but also other infrastructure elements that do not belong to a line or track, e.g. <controller>;(introduced with version 2.4) (deprecated with version 2.1 and 2.5)
