Application
This template has been created to carry the version number of railML® versions currently develloped. It returns a valid version number if a valid future version number is entered and an error message otherwise.
The value should be adapted, whenever a version of railML® is published. Please, check in this case, if Template:Version still functions properly!
Arguments
The template has one unnamed, obligatory argument to compare the
Dependencies
This template does not depend on any other templates. It supports Template:Version_hg.
Example
This template is mainly intended to support Template:Version_hg.
Alternatively it can be employed to display the number of the upcoming version:
The current {{rml}} version is {{current}}. Version {{upcoming}} is in development.
