Type of a line

After a discussion with some railML partners and an e-mail exchange with Prof. Jörn Pachl from Braunschweig University I added a trial of a clarification for this railML attribute. As a clear and interoperable definition is not possible I'm not so happy with the result and any ongoing clarification is welcome. Also please add definitions or namings from your country, if possible.
