Semantics / Bedeutung

A <locallyControlledArea> groups all tracks belonging to a locally controlled area (German: "Nahbedienbereich" or "Nahstellbereich"). A locally controlled area is defined (German link) as an area of tracks, points and signals which is usually operated by an (central) interlocking but which can be detached from this interlocking for local control.

This element is mainly for demonstration purposes. It shows the usage of track groups other than the well-known line. It either misses a lot of additional attributes/information or it should be moved to a future interlocking schema. Perhaps both.
