The railML^® wiki employs Extension:FlaggedRevs (external link). This extension is supposed to finetune the editing rights. It delivers a number of special pages to controll recent changes:

• Special:PendingChanges: there exists a stable version, but there are also unreviewed changes – please, review the changes.
• Special:UnreviewedPages: there is no stable version at all – please review the changes.
