Common (CO)

General Information

This subschema shall cover all topics, which affect all other railML®-schemas alike.

The actual planned tasks and enhancements can be found at Trac-Tickets (link to the railML® website) of the railML development space.

Outdated.png Part of the article content is outdated since version 2.0. It seems, that the paragraph was written when version 2.0 was current. There is a similar problem here. Please update this article to reflect recent events or newly available information. Possibly, you will find further details on the discussion pageFerri Leberl (Diskussion) 14:31, 29. Jun. 2016 (CEST)

There is also a "historic" collection of proposed Data Types for the Common subschema. It was developed in the preparation works of railML version 1.1. Some of the suggestions are already implemented in the stable railML 2.0 release. Other extensions wait for users with strong needs for them. Instead, consult Category:Unit.
